At Eiffage Benelux, presentations had become fragmented and inconsistent. Different departments were using their own versions, both visually and content-wise, resulting in a lack of uniformity. The CEO wanted one single, consistent presentation that could be used by different profiles, with a clear and cohesive structure in both design and messaging.

After a strategic session with key stakeholders, we mapped out the various needs and translated them into a clear storyboard, with interactivity as the common thread. We combined all separate storylines into a single cohesive whole. The existing brand identity served as the foundation for the layout, which we enriched with icons and impactful visuals. The result is a sleek, modern PowerPoint presentation that is not only versatile in use but also easy for the team to adapt themselves.
