Vandemoortele is launching its new Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and wants all employees to become familiar with and understand the compliance document. In addition, they need to be able to track who has actually reviewed the information and easily distribute an annual refresher in a fast and efficient way.

Xiwa’s solution.

We started from the existing PowerPoint and transformed it into an online course. By splitting the e-learning into four compact modules, the content remained manageable. Each module ends with a short quiz to check whether all information has been reviewed. We integrated Vandemoortele’s corporate branding and enhanced the learning experience with illustrations, animations, and an AI-generated voiceover. The result? An engaging compliance training that can be added to the existing LMS for full tracking and follow-up.
