At UZ Leuven, countless presentations are created every day, mostly for internal use. But there was no consistency: everyone did their own thing, and even the logo was regularly forgotten. What they clearly needed was a solid framework to ensure all presentations had the right look and feel.

During the kick-off, one thing quickly became clear: it had to stay simple, yet offer enough possibilities. We developed 19 basic layouts with a few extra sample designs so employees can get started quickly and easily. The result? A user-friendly template with a professional look, ready to be rolled out across the organisation.
