Resortecs’ onboarding document is extensive, but not all of it is relevant to everyone. New employees need to easily find the information that matters to them at any time, without it becoming tedious.

Xiwa’s solution.

We transformed the PDF document into an interactive PowerPoint presentation and introduced Sam, a virtual onboarding buddy. Sam guides new employees, explains everything clearly, and keeps them engaged. The online onboarding remains permanently available and answers frequently asked questions. The result is a user-friendly tool for HR that frees up more time for other tasks.
