Recticel Insulation is actively undergoing digital transformation. Their online customer portal is the first step within their customer service programme. To help users navigate the new platform smoothly, an instructional video was created. It guides them step by step through the key functionalities, making the portal easy and accessible to use.

We developed a clear instructional video with animated graphics. Based on the provided script, we first created a storyboard, followed by the visual artwork. The voice-over adds a personal and warm touch to the whole.
