In the exciting but rapidly evolving world of HR, SD Worx also needed to streamline its storylines on a regular basis. For the national sales forum, where more than 400 SD Worx sales consultants receive an update of the new sales strategy, a keynote presentation was to be given by the sales director of Belgium, pulling everyone in the same direction.

Xiwa’s solution.

Via several workshops with the various departments, Xiwa thought strategically to achieve a coherent whole. The extensive services for various target groups, each with their specific needs, provided an additional challenge. A structure was worked out under which different storylines can be fixed. Motion design provides the necessary dynamic appearance. What was initially complex eventually became clear and straightforward, so that everyone is immediately on board.
